Paired, Triplet or Quad Cables (Process Instrumentation)
Construction
Cores twisted in pairs (or triples) with an optimized lay length. Core twisting is essential to eliminate common-mode noise and minimize crosstalk between adjacent circuits.
Application
Connection of pressure transmitters, sensors, flowmeters and actuators.
Shielding Systems (Noise Protection)
To protect signals from magnetic fields generated by nearby power cables or motors, the range offers multiple options:
Single (Overall) Shielding
Aluminum/polyester tape with a tinned copper drain wire, or copper braid, providing general protection against external interference.
Individual + Overall Shielding (PiMF / TiMF)
Each individual pair (or triple) is shielded with aluminum tape, complemented by an overall outer shield. This configuration provides maximum isolation against crosstalk in multi-pair cables.
Multi-Core Control Cables (Standard Signalling)
Construction
Cables with parallel cores twisted together (not in pairs), numbered or color-coded.
Application
Control circuits, relays, limit switches, push-button stations and indicator lights where high-frequency sensitive electronics are not present.
Materials and Environmental Resistance
High-Performance Insulation
Materials such as special PVC, Polyethylene (PE) or XLPE with high dielectric strength and low mutual capacitance are used to enable signal transmission over long distances with minimal attenuation.
Outer Sheath Options
PVC
Resistant to common oils and flame-retardant, ideal for standard industrial installations.
LSZH Compounds (M1/M16/M18)
Halogen-free with low emissions of opaque smoke and toxic gases, essential for safety systems and public/crowded environments.
Metallic Armour (Optional)
Galvanized steel wire braid for applications requiring heavy mechanical protection against rodents or direct crushing.
