IMC's management system is structured in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements for quality and UNI EN ISO 14001 for environmental management. The adopted standards guide process control, resource utilization and the continuous improvement of the organisation.
Plant, laboratory and product testing
Production facilities and laboratory instrumentation are continuously updated to support process precision and product consistency. In-house testing contributes to technical verification and batch compliance control.
Order and supply management
Order management coordinates the quotation, order acquisition, and logistics planning stages. Internal departments work in an integrated manner to provide clear communication and maintain agreed delivery schedules.
International supply management
Building on established experience across overseas markets, IMC distributes its products globally. Our organisation manages the logistical and documentation requirements associated with international shipments.
Environmental management
system
UNI EN ISO 14001 certification covers the system adopted by IMC to identify, monitor and manage environmental aspects associated with company operations. Implemented measures include energy consumption management, waste material control and verification of applicable raw material requirements.

The Italian Physical Society has awarded IMC the “Guglielmo Marconi” Award for Technology Transfer, recognizing the company's ability to apply scientific research principles to industrial solutions.
